How we loved cruising on scenic Coeur d'Alene Lake,
Where the class of '53, its Senior trip did take,

We thought the See-Wee-Wanna was a fascinating ride,
We never rode in its sister boat, Dance-Wanna, the pride

Of Capt. Finney's mini-fleet, they plied the lake for years,
Till both were past their prime and retired despite the cheers

Of would-be riders, they tried to find a proper and fitting place
For See-Wee to rest in peace forever, never to be disgraced,

They finally sank it in Lake Coeur d'Alene where the fishes could nest in its grandeur,
No other final resting place could possibly be grander.
