JUST OVER THE HORIZON

Don't worry if today is less than your best,
Tomorrow will surely be better,

It's always sunrise somewhere in the world,
Someone's receiving a letter,

From a long-lost friend or a missing son
Or a parent long thought to be dead,

Your happiest moments are yet to be felt,
The apparent end holds no dread,

"Don't ever say goodbye," said my Dad,
It's, "So long till we meet once again,"

Goodbye means forever, a thought we won't have,
Be together in mind until then.
