LET US PRAY

Let us pray for the lonely
In the holiday times,

May hearts go out to them
In song, prose or rhymes,

Let us pray for the workers
In the office or factory,

May they find in their hearts
A personal victory,

Let us pray for the farmers
And miners of coal,

May each find some solace
Every day in his soul,

Most of all let us pray,
Each night and every day,

To the Son of Man
Who taught us how to pray.
