I am, no doubt, the safest vehicle
That anyone ever built,

We're headed now for Orly,
France's Heathrow, at full tilt,

Photographers by the dozen
Dog our heels at every turn,

We'll lose them all for certain,
I've got petrol just to burn,

My driver's fully loaded,
He's got nerves of steel tonight,

The Princess' swain is feeling buoyant
With the ring he showed her this night,

As Dodi turns to kiss Diana --
England's rose and finest flower,

I spin and kiss a concrete pillar
At ninety miles per hour.
